Open House at Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing Care

Lebanon, OH, 2017-Dec-01 — /EPR Network/ — Community members and resident families are invited to attend an open house at Cedarview Healthcare Center on Dec. 5th from 5pm-7pm. The guests will be provided a tour of the facility and enjoy music and light refreshments at the event.

“We are all very excited at the facility for the changes and to share these improvements with our residents, the community and employees,” says Elliott Polsky, Administrator of CedarView Healthcare Center.

The renovations to the facility include our updated rehab unit, including a new rehab gym. The rehab unit has 8 private suites. The lobby was completely embellished including new furniture in the lobby and throughout the entire community. Cedarview HealthCare Center is an 83-bed skilled nursing home that caters to the residents of Lebanon.

Newport Beach, Orange County, CA, 2017-Nov-03 — /EPR Network/ — Ms. America 2017 Oksana Vovk attended Newport Beach Sculpture in Civic Center Park Exhibition Phase III near Newport Beach City Hall on Saturday, October 28, 2017.

“This was a long-awaited event for all Newport Beach residents”, Vovk said shortly after the opening ceremony took place in the Community Room and City Hall open session chambers, where everyone in attendance had a chance to learn more about the amazing new art coming to the Civic Park. “Mayor Muldoon is doing such a great job in bringing arts to the City and meeting the artists in person during and after the ceremony was just very special. Nine new sculptures will decorate the Civic Park and give our City a great makeover”.

Vovk won Ms. America 2017 title with her two-fold platform to fight autism and promote organic living. She is determined to make a difference during her year as Ms. America 2017 by positively influencing her community and getting more women involved in community service and helping others.

Behind the Lyric

Richmond, Texas, 2017-May-02 — /EPR Network/ — “Go Away” A song that is available on itunes and amazon.com was written after the incident where Rapper Fifty cent mocked an autistic man. It was out of empathy for that man intertwined with my own hurt, that this song was written.

I was struggling emotionally and solicited the help of an ex-coworker. Instead of responding in a respectful manner, he berated me. I was in a difficult situation and had ongoing health issues. I reached out believing he would surely help or offer advice, but I misjudged who he was as a person and his response was unexpected.

That was emotionally difficult for me although, I was not publicly humiliated the way Andrew that autistic man was but because of my experience, I could empathize.
